Insurance claims & estimates

A clear first step after the accident.

The paperwork can feel like another repair. Our body shop team can help you understand the estimate process and coordinate the repair conversation.

Get oriented

You can begin with the basics.

When you contact the collision center, have your vehicle's year, make and model ready, along with a description of the damage. If you have already opened an insurance claim, keep your claim number handy.

  • Your contact details and vehicle information
  • A short description of what happened
  • Insurance details or claim number, if available
  • Any questions about the estimate or repair

Important to know

Every claim is different.

Coverage, deductibles, approvals and rental arrangements depend on your policy and insurer. Confirm those details directly with your insurance company.

Helpful answers

Questions worth asking.

Do I need a claim number before contacting the shop?

Will my insurer decide what is covered?

Your insurance company determines coverage, deductibles and authorizations under your policy. The collision center can explain the repair estimate and discuss next steps with you.
